Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because all of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference. However, if there’s a quality issue or your item arrives damaged, we’ll happily replace it or offer a refund.

How long does shipping take?

Our production time typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by standard shipping which usually takes 3–7 business days (U.S. orders). You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way!
